We make every effort to make sure that you get a trouble free unit. Every unit is tested before being mailed out. If you are experiencing any problems, contact us, 90 percent of the time its a simple fix.
We offer a "30 DAY NO HASSLE" return policy. The same return policy applies to all sales on our website. The items we sell on our website are the exact same in every way.
- Returned item must be in the same condition as far as hardware and software is concerned. (all of our units are in new condition, only opened to install our setup).
- There cannot be any damage to the unit, or the box it came in. Do not put tape or otherwise deface on the android or amazon box the unit comes in.
- · Buyer pays for return shipping, we recommend USPS padded flat rate envelope, its cheap ($6), Envelope is free at your local post office and its fast. We don't provide return labels.
- We don't refund shipping cost of mailing the unit to you.
- If you mistakenly erased or changed the software, and need it reprogrammed. We provide a reprogram service using an app installed on the unit. Simply go to our chat area and send a request. Your box must be connected to the internet and you phone must also be handy so we can communicate during the process.
- All units are tested before refunds are issued. No charge for returns on units that are DOA (dead upon arrival), subject to testing. All other returns are subject to 10% restocking fee, and additional charges if anything is missing. Restocking fee is necessary to make sure our return policy is not abused.
- Any return after 30 days may be denied by us or be subject to 20% restocking fee if we accept the return.
